Investigation Update
Our investigation is continuing. The team is working to understand what occurred, determine the full scope and assess the safe restoration of services and data. We’re carefully verifying information before sharing it, to make sure every update we give you is accurate and reliable.

 

Payments & Earnings
We understand that questions about payments and outstanding earnings are a priority. For anything relating to payments or earnings, please contact our support team at support@forcreators.net (or you can continue to use tocsysad@gmail.com, if you’ve emailed in already). Response times may still be longer than usual while we manage the incident.

 

Services Progress
Some services are being restored and we continue to assess the restoration of further services and data. A basic phone chat service is now online and we’ll continue attempting to restore services progressively. Please remain cautious of anyone claiming to be able to restore your account, recover your content, or arrange payments outside our official channels. Never share passwords, authentication codes, banking details or other sensitive information in response to unsolicited messages.
